How to order?
Step 1: Order through bernadetteblend.com
Step 2: Sign up an account or log in into your account (You are recommended to place your order with your account as it will be easier in tracking your order)
Step 3: Pick and add your favourite items to cart
Step 4: Click checkout when you have done shopping
Step 5: Double confirm your purchased items including sizes and colour before checkout
Step 6: Key in your coupons to enjoy the discount if you do have one (There is shopping voucher give away randomly in our official Instagram account :p )
Step 7: Complete your payment by manual online banking and ATM Transfer or Bank Deposit or Paypal payment getaway with provided bank account within 24 hours.
(You may use Paypal to pay for your order even if you are not a Paypal user as it allow to pay with CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD/ ONLINE BANKING.)
Step 8: Drop us a message regarding the payment information through
Facebook: Bernadette Blend (Website Live chat)
(Kindly avoid sending duplicate messages)
Things you may take note before you place your order:
- Kindly ensure you have selected the correct items such as sizes and colour before checking out. There will be no amendment once the order is confirmed.
- Kindly ensure you have filled up the correct mailing details (Name, Address and Mobile Number). Incorrect and Incomplete posting information may result in delayed delivery. However you may look for us if you have filled up the incorrect details.
- If you have any coupon, kindly key in and use your voucher or discount code (before expiration date) before checking out for discount to valid. There will be no refunds will be made for orders where vouchers or coupons are not key in before checking out.
- We only accept offline payment method (Manual Online Banking, ATM Transfer and Bank Deposit) & online payment method (Paypal which accept credit card, debit card and online banking transfer) in this moment.

However, order status will auto updated if make payment through PAYPAL
- Please refrain from sending us duplicate email/ message within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email/ message is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without prior notice for the reason such as:
- Items are OUT OF STOCK
- Payment is not completed and without prior notice within 24-48 hours once order are made
- Do not obtain authorization of payment
Can I return & exchange a products?
- We are sorry that currently we are not excepting returns and refund unless it is in some exceptional circumstances.
- We do accept exchange sizes of clothing and shoes if the stock is available for order. However, shipping fees of return parcel will be borne by buyer in this exceptional circumstance for return goods.
