Refund policy



1. Can I exchange or return the product after receiving it ?

Once items are purchased through us, they are non-returnable or non-exchangeable except for bottom if size are still available. However, refund is not available. Measurement/ size chart/ try on result are provided for your reference, you may seek for our advice before purchase to avoid situation like size is not suitable. 


For exchange of item, customers are required to drop us a messange on:
1. Instagram Direct Message 
2. Facebook Messenger 

within 5 working days upon receiving their parcel. 


  • All items must not be worn, washed, sign of staining, scents of perfume/ frangances and detergent. Clothing must be in original condition. 
  • Exchanges of bottom are only valid for the same design and colour that was initially purchased. 
  • Exchange only applicable on normal items and bottom with sizes only. 
  • Kindly ship the parcel back within 5 working days after you have get the confirmation from customer service. 
  • Shipping fees of exchange parcel will be borne by buyers. 


We reserve the right to reject the exchange if the returned clothes do not meet the criteria. 


* Please note we strictly do not refund goods on SALES, these are final sales items and can't be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. This includes SAMPLE SALES as well as FLASH SALES goods. 

SAMPLE SALE goods are bound to have faults, including stains, size discrepancies, etc. When purchasing from the SAMPLE SALE the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.



2. What is BB’s return policy ? 

Item can be return and exchange if you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo of the defect, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number within 5 working days of receipt and we will get back to you.

The defective/incorrect products must be returned to us at your own cost in its original condition within 5 working days of receipt. You must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. We will deliver the replaced product to you, at our own cost, within 5 working days of receipt of the defective/incorrect products provided that they have not been worn, altered or washed and all returned products must be in their original state and condition with all tags attached.

If the product ordered is not available for exchange, you will receive a credit for the price of the product which you may use in your next order with us. Please note that we do not offer cash refund under any circumstances.
