Purchase
– Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. WES will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
– Kindly input a valid and whole address, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned
– All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
– We accept Direct bank Transfer, Shopline payment via bank, credit card, e-wallet.
-Bernadette Blend reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
- Product ordered is no longer available in stock.
- Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours upon receiving order invoice.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
Backorder
– Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
– Arrival time for different items differs and is usually stated under the individual items. Backorder usually take 28 workings day to arrive.
– We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. In the case of cancelled backorders, refund will be issued.
– If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), by default, your order will only be shipped out once all backorder items arrived. For separate shipping (additional charges might incurred)
Delivery
– Orders will be shipped out within 24 – 72 hours during working days (unless stated BACKORDER) upon payment verification.
– All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders during peak season.
– All shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated automatically when your check out.
– For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from courier company) is cleared, we will make the refund. (*Remarks: Your parcel delivery are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers)
Coupon Codes / Voucher
– If you have a coupon code, kindly ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where coupon codes are not keyed-in at point of purchase.
– Coupon codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly. Strictly duration-extension for any coupon codes with expiry date.
– Coupon / voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
Measurement / Representation of Item
– Measurements stated may vary 1-4cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect.
– For printed items, please note that placement of prints will differ slightly for every piece due to fabric placement.
– Colors shown may slightly varies on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be shown with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. This will not be considered as defects/wrong item.
– For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not affect the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect/heavy stain.
